Disappointed…

The location is good,it was clean.From the window, you can see a wonderful fruit and vegetable shop.

There is a construction site right outside the windows, and there has been noise since early morning. They are renovating the building. As for repairs, when something breaks down, it should be fixed. In our case, the problem was not fixed during our entire stay. The toilet flush was broken and the water kept running constantly. It was very uncomfortable, as it was impossible to flush the toilet properly. It was very loud at night, because of the water flowing,4 nights… The owner did come to the apartment, but unfortunately, the problem was not fixed and no one else was called to carry out the repair.

Il WC non scaricava siamo stati obbligati a mettere l acqua nel secchio per moccio per rovesciare nel water, poi Non c era carta lo abbiamo segnalato all host ha detto che ci mandava qualcuno che ce li portava e ci metteva apposto ciò che no andava ma niente, metteva la pressione solo per i 16€ da pagare forse quelli erano più importanti del conforto che ci doveva dare boh😏🤷‍♀️ non c era niente in cucina nemeno il the ,caffè era un posto per non stare fuori tutto qui ! Molto delusi 🫤 siamo stati puuufffff

Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum waren sauber. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Unser Ansprechpartner war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er sorgte dafür, dass der kaputte Boiler schnellstmöglich repariert wurde und schickte auch eine Raumpflegerin, um das Bad ordentlich zu reinigen.

Der Boiler, mit dem Warmwasser und Heizung geregelt werden, funktionierte nicht. Duschen war erst am nächsten Abend möglich und die Wohnung war bis dahin eiskalt. Zudem war die Dusche sehr schmutzig. Auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche ließ zu wünschen übrig.
