The location is right at the beach. The roof top floor is perfect for a big family where everyone has their own space but also a place for gathering and spending quality time. The host was attentive, honest and responsive. At some point I felt like he was our travel agent who responded to all of our questions and requests also helped with great suggestions with ease. Highly recommended!
It was not the property itself but rather the time that we came to visit Hoian. The construction at the beach currently (End of August 2026) was noisy and blocked a part of the beach/cafe in front.

Nao tem ninguem na vila, so encontramos a pessoa responsável no checkin. Muitas obras à vokta, cuidado com o barulho logo de manhã.

Prachtig appartement! We waren met 2 volwassen en 4 kinderen. Drie kamers ieder met eigen badkamer en heerlijk bed! Zelfs met wasmachine, heel fijn! Zwembad ook heel fijn! Indien er iets is, kun je de eigenaar of beheerder prima bereiken met whatsapp. Dichtbij het strand, en prima eetgelegenheid op loopafstand. Wij waren super blij met deze accommodatie!
