Where to start…? Asked to pay extra as 5 of us staying. Asked for security deposit of £150 on the day and would not release checkin details until received! 8 flights of stairs. No parking + parking ticket using owners advice! No WiFi. No free snacks or toiletries. Not clean at all - had to clean crockery and shower before use and wouldn’t sleep under the covers as beds looked like they’d already been slept in! Not enough cutlery for all of us staying. No baking trays. And no markings on oven knobs! Fridge broken and dirty. Mouldy item in washing machine. One glass to share between 5. Four towels between 5! Owner wouldn’t respond to any comments or questions whilst we were staying. And on and on…!!!
