Location is great, nice neighborhood, near a couple bodegas and a liquor store, easy enough to get to the Hoboken PATH station and take the PATH to Manhattan. Plenty of beds and couches to sleep, utilities and everything was suited to our needs at a price that was much more reasonable than anything else in the area for the size.
We lucked out with parking but may be a bit of a hassle if coming with multiple cars since it relies on street parking, but not the hosts fault. Appreciated the one parking spot in the lot next to the place for my car. Also note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor and the stairs are a bit tight, and each bedroom has an AC unit but the living room, kitchen, and bathroom can get a little warm (it was nice weather for us so was not bothered by this, just cracked some windows overnight).

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der immer schnell reagiert hat auf Fragen. Ausreichend Platz und bequeme Betten, eine Waschmaschine und Trockner, WLAN, ein Föhn, Busstation direkt vor der Tür. Von der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt. Haben uns in der Gegend sehr sicher gefühlt.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße und gegenüber von einer Sportbar. Da die Fenster nicht besonders isoliert sind, kann es abends mal Geräuschintensiv sein.
Es gab keinen Besen oder Ähnliches und ich hätte zwischendurch gern mal sauber gemacht :)

Very spacious apartment. Nice and comfortable beds.
The unit is advertised with free parking; however, the place doesn’t have attached parking. The neighborhood has free street parking; however, because it is a residential area, it’s extremely difficult to find available parking due to street restrictions. You need a resident parking permit. I spent two hours looking for a parking spot and I had to move the car before 10 am.
