Great location, love Haven. Comfy, homely caravan.
When booking the caravan it stated "indoor swimming pool" with no mention of this coming at an extra cost. Since swimming isn't available without purchasing a Play Pass for the whole duration of your stay, it came to £116 (would have cost alot more during peak time).
When speaking with the caravan owner they stopped responding to me.
Also, unfortunately due to the check-in time being 4-5pm after requesting an earlier check-in time, by the time we arrived, found the caravan and unpacked the car, the reception office was closed (5pm) so I was unable to sort out about purchasing our Play Passes so had to make use of the caravan and free onsite locations.
Because our stay was outside of Havens standard stays arriving/leaving on a Monday or Friday, I was unable to purchase these online and going forward from there, all of my swimming bookings or other activities had to be done on site rather than through the app so I spent most of my time running back and forth booking things and trying to find out what was available, what times they had vand the prices.
None of the above was stated in the caravan booking description so I just want to make others aware.

The caravan was easy to find and parking near by. It had many things in it for cooking and having a complete time. Easy to walk to the activities.
There were videos there and CDs which were good. They also had a dish washer.

No access to the swimming pool as unable to buy a Haven pass due to poor communication
