Overall a great property in a great location with fab view, spacious terrace with plenty of seating options and a big table with bench seating. The hot tub is great, and the property has a wonderful shower, extremely comfortable beds, and a well-appointed kitchen (in general). Very clean property.
Another sofa to make seating area(s) more flexible/sociable for a family of 4 would be an improvement (seating is set up for TV viewing in the lounge area that has no window/view - we basically didn't use this space at all as would rather look out at the lovely view than at a TV....). Additional storage options (shelves/drawers) would be helpful throughout (e.g., for toiletries in bathroom; there was no cupboard space for food storage in kitchen).

Well equipped, very comfortable beds, very clean. Beautiful quiet spot. Dog friendly.
Had to walk along the road for 10-15 min to get to town/beach.
