Very good customer service and clean place

The location is excellent, convenient and well-situated, which is genuinely appreciated. Cleanliness was noticeably better than many other hostels I've stayed in. Between prime time usage it was clear the staff were diligent cleaning the shared spaces. Noise levels were minimal throughout my stay, and snoring was rarely an issue. The enclosed capsule design is a real improvement over open-bunk hostels. The ambient temperature inside the capsule was actually comfortable, which I appreciated. Overall, the bones of this place are good.

The TV's apps were unavailable and there were also no instructions explaining how to connect headphones. The capsule doors were confusing to operate from both sides and clearer labeling or instructions would help. The mattress is roughly three inches thick and uncomfortable. The bedding felt consistently damp throughout my stay, which was unpleasant and unexplained. The ladder to the top pods are awkwardly positioned, narrow, and slippery. The dimly lit hallways felt genuinely hazardous navigating the steps. The locker situation was genuinely unacceptable. Mine was broken, and I was directed to store my belongings in a staff utility room, which I felt comfortable with because tge staff member told me it was staff-access only. When I returned the following afternoon, other guests' suitcases were also in that room — meaning it was not secure at all. Anyone could have accessed my bags. Lockers are located in the basement rather than near the capsule areas, which is inconvenient. There is no clear place to lay a bag flat to go through its contents, which is also a frustrating oversight. Since my locker was broken I had to ask the staff each and every time I wanted to access my belongings. On one evening, a staff member told me to "make it quick" while I was collecting my things, citing a busy check-in day and working alone. I understand staffing challenges are real — but that pressure is not something guests should be made to feel responsible for. The website states towels are provided, but at the property there appeared to be a deposit or charge involved. I left my towel at home because the website noted this perk. I'd also strongly recommend labeling the shower that cannot be adjusted for temperature. After undressing, I discovered the water had no cold setting. The bathrooms would also benefit greatly from additional hooks or a shelf and changing in a wet room without proper storage is awkward and impractical.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, the location is great! The capsule looks great with the stars on the ceiling!

The capsules located near the door were subjected to the sound of the door slamming every time someone entered or left the room. The mattresses were extremely thin, making the "beds" very uncomfortable, it's fine for one night, but not for anything longer. The bathroom facilities were dirty to very dirty depending on the time you go, the showers lacked proper ventilation, the water spread across the entire room.
