The place was exceptionally well maintained and clean. Robert was extremely helpful in parting local knowledge and information in regards to Montreal.

Host was very friendly and helpful. Extra living room space to hang out. Parking at the back (reservation needed). Within walking distance of restaurants and grocery.
More breakfast selection. We prefer whole wheat bread, so maybe have that avialble along with the white bread.

Hosts were very responsive to questions
Shower did not have knobs. Had to use pliers to turn on/off the water.
Bathroom smelt like urine.
Futon was very cheap and uncomfortable.
Breakfast comprised of the cheapest bread and spreads imaginable.
