Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé et très bien desservi, joliment décoré et parfaitement agencé. On s’y sent rapidement comme chez soi.
La communication avec le propriétaire a également été excellente : des échanges rapides, efficaces et toujours agréables.
Un grand merci pour votre accueil et pour la qualité du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et y reviendrons avec plaisir !

We really enjoyed our stay here! 😊 The apartment is in a great location, very close to the city centre, metro and bus stations, which made it super easy to get around Budapest. The apartment itself was very cosy. Although the building is quite old and outdated, once you get inside the apartment, it’s a completely different experience. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The only small thing to mention is that the toilet is quite tiny, so taller guests might find it a little uncomfortable. There were also no toiletries such as shower gel, but this wasn’t listed as an amenity, so that was simply my mistake for not checking beforehand.
Overall, we had a really lovely stay and would happily recommend this place. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Budapest! ❤️

Apartmán je hezký, čistý a vybavený, včetně kuchyně s lednicí, televize a klimatizace. Poblíž je metro, tramvaj a obchody.
Dům je starý a trochu strašidelný, také čtvrť je špinavá. Museli jsme si koupit toaletní papír.

Tesis fotoğraflar ile uyumlu idi. konumu açısından apartman kapısından tramvaya-150 metre uzaklıktan hop on hop offa binilebilmesi avantajlı idi. Zincir marketlere 5 dk içinde ulaşabildik.
Yatak ve yastıklar konforlu idi.
Ev ilk girdiğimiz gün temiz ve düzenli idi.
En önemli uygunsuzluk apartmanda büyük tadilat var ve hilti- matkap- duvar yıkma sesinden dolayı sabah 08:00 den sonra uyumanız ve evde kalmanız mümkün değil. Bunun bize satın alma işlemi sırasında söylenmesi gerekli idi.
Eve giriş için saat 15:00 kuralına uyduk ancak şehire inişimiz saat 11:00 olduğu için çantalarımızı eve bırakmayı istediğimizde bunun mümkün olmadığını ileten ev sahibi, çıkış günü evi yine saat 10:00 da boşaltmamızı anımsatırken bizden sonra ki misafirlerin saat 10:30 da eşya bırakacağını söylerken sanırım bize şaka yaptı, onlar bırakabiliyor ise biz neden eşya bırakmak yok kuralına tabi tutulduk, tutarsızlık mevcuttu.
Ütü yapmak ihtiyacınız var ise bu pek mümkün değil ; ütü var ancak asla kullanılamaz durumda.
