The rooftop restaurant was the highlight of my stay.. the staff and service were second to none.
Have to call staff to activate shower hot water and only 1 key has been given so the room wasn't cool upon arrival.

The hotel itself was amazing, but the staff—especially the interns—made the experience even better. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The service was quick, convenient, and efficient. Any issues or concerns I had were addressed promptly, often as soon as I ended the call with the front desk.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and the friendly and attentive staff really made the experience memorable. Great job to the entire team!
The only minor issue was the water pressure. I understand that this may be common in some provinces, but it would have been great if the shower had worked as expected. Nonetheless, the hand shower was functional and made the experience manageable.

Friendly staff.
Location is a bit in the middle of a residential area. Not many things available close by. It was good to stay a night. I wouldn’t stay more than that.
TV was quite hard to make it work, as it was in Chinese. But staff came upstairs to help.
There was a karaoke going on very loud in the hotel.
