Staff and room were good
Access to the front door. Nearest carpark is 100m away, try dragging your luggage through 600mm of snow and ice. Large front steps have NO handrails and are very slippery when covered in snow and ice. No cleaning or maintenance. No wheelchair access. Very poor WiFi in my room, had to use phone as hot spot. Only 1 girl at reception who did a very good job. Also had to deliver your breakfast to you room, as no common dining area.

"Amazing location for people travelling to visit US Embassy. Very close (8-10 minutes walk) - you can go without anything. Lots of places to eat around. Breakfast is good. Hotel is clean and prestine. ..."
