Great cottage for a stay in Havelock North. Very comfortable beds. Nice living area

Space, location, amenities, great beds
We had no hot water when we arrived, but the blown element was soon fixed and we had hot water by the next evening. The only real problem was the shower over the bath. The bath had no flat area to stand firmly on. Instead it curved sharply on both sides making it very unstable to stand on.

I liked the electric blankets and the locally made soaps - as well as the washing machine and dryer. The dogs we brought with us only picked up a few smells inside but were able to relax. It didn't smell like dog which we appreciate is difficult!
the bedrooms were very cold - could have done with a panel heater in each - or something other than an electric blanket.
