Value for money, with practical layout spread across two floors (2nd and 3rd - no elevator). The property had three separate bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, as well as a kitchen and an additional bathroom, making it very convenient and comfortable for a group stay. The staff were also very friendly and spoke English.
Unfortunately, the property was quite run-down and not very clean, with excessive humidity and visible moisture on the walls. Basic essentials such as towels, soap, and other toiletries were not enough. Breakfast was also very disappointing, consisting of tiny portions.
The surrounding area was not particularly pleasant, and the location was inconvenient, with the nearest metro station and central areas around 30–40 minutes away on foot.
