Only one staff member speaks English, so it's best to contact the hotel before your arrival to arrange check-in. The easiest way to reach them is through WhatsApp. Don't rely on Google Maps—it sent me to the wrong side of the Blue Town. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the Blue Town, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. It feels like living in a fairy tale. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and comfortable, plus a view of mountain and Blue town. Although only one staff member spoke English, everyone was kind and friendly. The owner was always smiling and did his best to help us whenever he saw us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
Narrow stair. In shower rooom, the hot water was only lukewarm and lasted for about 15 minutes before it turned cold.

Emplacement très bien, propre, agréable, calme et une belle vue sur Chefchaouen
Petit déjeuner vraiment catastrophique, on nous dit de venir pour 8h30, on a attendu jusqu'à 9h pour pouvoir commencer à manger. Café imbuvable, viennoiseries rassies, pas de fruits, service très très lent (tout est apporté au coté goutte)

Lots of stairs BUT our luggage was brought to our rooms and removed when we left.
