Lovely stay in a very cool and hip neighbourhood! The room is comfy and spacious, space is clean and has all the amenities one might need, and Alex and his cat are lovely hosts :)
The place is conveniently located with plenty of public transportation (you must be ready to climb some stairs/hills though), and the neighbourhood itself is super lively, with interesting shops, cafés, restaurants, artsy spots and just a lot to see and explore.
This neighbourhood, though very nice, is located in a quite hilly area. Nothing crazy at all, but be mentally ready to walk uphill or climb some stairs (for like 5 minutes) to move around.

The place was great, and the owner was very friendly too. My room had a window, the bed was comfy, there was a big desk where I could work, and the WiFi was amazingly fast, so I could have video conferences without any issues. The cat was also very friendly too. Due to its location, the place is quite uphill, but there are buses you can use to quickly go to Gangnam or Myeongdong and all touristy places.
Nothing to dislike.
