The shared patio space, along with very good local restaurants nearby as well as a bus stop. 20 minute walk from the beach, making it easy to be at everyday
No fans/AC so windows have to be open. Kitchen was not cleanly, festering with flys and rotten food. Most kitchen utensils were dirty in the draws as well.
