Das Apartment befindet sich in einem sehr neuen und modernen Wohngebäude und ist per Türcode (den bekommt man ca. 2h vor Anreise) zu öffnen.
Es gibt eine kleine offene Küche, einen Esstisch, eine kleine Couch, ein Doppelbett und eine Nische mit einem Einzelbett.
Der Vermieter stellt eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine, mit 3 unterschiedlichen Pads (mittel, stark, Cappuccino) zur Verfügung, Geschirrspültabs unbedingt mitnehmen, ansonsten muss man sich um nix kümmern (selbst Müll wird entsorgt nach Abreise).
Teilweise war der Fußboden so verdreckt, dass unsere Tennissocken schwarz waren, ansonsten war das Apartment super sauber... der Wasserhahn im Bad war locker, wir haben ihn nun festgezogen.
Das Apartment liegt mit Fenstern/Balkon direkt an einer sehr lauten Straße, die größtenteils von LKWs und Traktoren genutzt wird und es ist leider extrem laut.

Gute Lage, gute Erreichbarkeit der Wohnung, gute Parkmöglichkeit
Alles in allem sehr angenehm
Leider keine Lichtschalter beim Doppelbett ohne eigene Taschenlampe wäre es nachts nicht möglich gewesen unfallfrei auf auf Toilette zu gehen, gerade wenn man nicht so mobil ist.
Leider auch keine Ablagefläche (Brett) oder Nachttisch am Bett.
Im Bad war der Wasserhahn nicht fest (wackelte) man musste immer mit beiden Händen anmachen.
Das war jedoch das einzige

- only a 15-20 minute drive to Legoland
- parking was free and was under the apartment building. so it was convenient to park.
- Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice small kitchen. It was enough for us
- would be nice if the host can add a fan for the summer since it can get warm
- nothing else. it was really nice!!! highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Legoland and if you need a layover on your way to another place

Auf den ersten Blick sieht alles gut aus. Sehr neues Gebäude und moderne Ausstattung.
Leider wird die Unterkunft nicht gut geputzt. Küchenschränke klebrig, Aschenbecher auf dem Balkon nicht geleert etc. Das Apartment wirkt leider ungepflegt und nicht zum Wohlfühlen. Die Matratze war wohl auch recht günstig und ist durchgelegen. Teppiche auch im Bad verschmutzt.
Die Verwaltung möchte dies aber prüfen. Ich war insgesamt drei Nächte hier, in dieser Zeit wurde nicht gesäubert. Wirklich schade, ich hatte gehofft, meine „Langenauer Heimat“ hier zu finden..
