Breakfast was different everyday, only 2 staff but they were very friendly and helpful. The location is great, the ski rental is right next door and the gondola and ski lifts also within short walking distance. Walkable to onsen town for meals and onsen.
Will be great if it has onsen.

Location, right on the base of the ski field below the gondola, as close as ski in ski out as you get without staying on the mountain. The staff were really great, very knowledgeable and helpful always.
There was no furniture in the living/sitting room, had to ask for a couple of chairs.

離上台站很近，走3分鐘就可以到4號纜車！民宿一樓就有乾燥室，還有提供藏王巴士站的接送服務，適合沒有自駕的人～櫃檯姊姊人很好，可以中文溝通，有什麼問題也都會即時協助！

Location was very convenient being very close to the ski lifts and ski rental. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were set and good. Bedroom and facilities were separate and generally good, except for wet floor potential in the bathroom.
While the separate tatami room was spacious, it was completely bare, lacking any furniture at all and no jug or cups to make a simple hot drink. Simple furnishings like a low table and Japanese chairs would have helped make the room functional. On request, the staff provided a kettle and a chair from the dining area. The room seemed incomplete and the electrical system was inadequate with warnings that the heating needed to be turned off if other appliances were connected. The bath had a gap between the edge and each wall making it difficult to shower without flooding the whole floor. Lack of hanging space for wet towels. The hotel entry area was simply the breakfast dining area, making it somewhat austere, lacking homeliness for a comfortable relax area. There was no lift in a multistorey new hotel. No onsen in an onsen town was disappointing.
