The location and food at their restaurant "Tropical Wave" exceeded our expectations. The food was very good and abundant varieties were there.
They need to work on their other services such as room service. Due to shortage of staff, room service was not upto the mark.

Wind, forest around, view of the ocean and hill.
8/10 to the food at the restaurant.
Balcony view of hill and sea was incomparable.
Parking is unclear, not marked and nor constructed.
Road from Pune is pathetic, the journey was tough and rough.
No towels put near the swimming pool, had to walk to the reception wet asking for those which took 20 mins to be arrive.
Tea tables have got stone top with sharp edges, I hit my knee with one of those.
In the studio, the wash basin is next to refrigerator, so didn't like that.
Aquagard water smells like synthetic oil, possibly never used or cleaned.
Cost of brownie was ₹350 + taxes which was not at all justified.
Breakfast menu was limited, cheap white bread, cold tea and cold coffee. No corn flakes option, no custom orders such as dosa or tomato omelette or chila etc. This again didn't justify the cost for breakfast.
