This was a great base for us, we booked for 13 nights. We were right next to the Tennoji Zoo and short walk to Shinseki areas and convenience stores. Area is quite quiet apart from normal traffic noise as not far from main road but we all slept fine. I had a room with 2 single beds and large wardrobe, friend had a room with 2 double beds but unable to access wardrobe (maybe swap 1 double for 1 single to get round this) this room had access to balcony too. Son stayed in the Tatami room with mattress on the floor, said he slept fine. Narrow stairs too if you aren't great with stairs. It was great to have parking available too as this saved us a lot of money as everywhere you go you have to pay for parking. Use of hairdryer and hair straighteners was great and they worked well, better than ones I brought and friends Dyson didn't work at all, presume due to voltage. Great to be able to use washer and hang clothes on the balcony to dry whilst out for the day just need google translate to work it out. So you can pack light wish I had packed lighter. Everywhere was clean and worked well, no issues with anything and we even spoke with one of the neighbours who was lovely. Overall I would highly recommend this property and hope to come back again as didn't get to see everything. Missing the heated toilet seats.

Probably only issue was not having a mirror in the rooms but not the end of the world though.
