A lovely cottage with ample space including two sitting rooms. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has everything needed. The location was great, could easily get to restaurants, grocery stores etc. Heating took a while to warm up but was then excellent and the hosts provided small heaters to tide us over if needed.
There is only one toilet, which comes down to the heritage nature of the house.

The property was spacious and comfortable and well located. We appreciated having a secure garage and fenced in yard as well as the washing machine and dryer. The central heating was excellent as the weather was chilly when we were there. Having 2 living areas was also great and the back balcony, although we didn't stay long enough to use it much.
The property was generally clean but the fridge hadn't been wiped out and we could only find one tea towel in the kitchen. The dryer was full of wet towels. We had to call the host to get the keycode for the lock box when we arrived. The host was very friendly and apologetic about that. These were not major issues. None of the beds had top sheets (only a fitted bottom sheet and a doona) and the cot had not been set up, as requested. When we located the cot and set it up, we found it was only suitable for a young baby (not a 3yo which we had listed as one of our guests). The property is located in the heart of Albury which was great for walking everywhere but it also meant there was quite a bit of street noise at night.
