Fabulous, on trend decor and style. Absolutely everything you need in a great location. Located close to hospitals, only 3 small, very walkable blocks it was perfect for my pre-surgery night and for my husband the night after. We took our two small dogs ( very welcoming) who settled in immediately. Good small yard for pre-bed toileting. The surrounding area is great for walking, all that. Reasonably close location to lake Wendouree. There are pubs, bakeries, takeaways and bottle shops within mere metres. The bed was good and firm, good water pressure in shower, big bathroom and useful toilet in a separate location. The heating was very effective in a cold Ballarat winter. Parking is easy and directly in front of the unit, great for unpacking and security. We didn’t use the honesty bar but would have under other circumstances, a lovely touch as was the chocolate. Kitchen has everything you could need, all very stylish, the aesthetic has been carefully curated.
Not a gripe, but there is a security window in the door that would allow a sneaky passerby to peek in. A small curtain on the interior would remedy that.

Lovely apartment in a quiet area of Ballarat. Not too far to walk to main road but further for restaurants, especially if raining. We drove to the Royal Craig on our last night, got take away from an Indian and ate in for other nights. Did the town hall free tour, very interesting, drove to Clunes which is a lovely little town, another day to Dalesford, another Sovereign Hill.
