302系列的冷氣機 出風會吹到床鋪是我不喜歡的。
301那種冷氣對著廚房通道比較好
假日晚上 樓下喝酒的聲音到很晚

附近就有車站及超市，十分方便；有連網智慧電視可以觀看自己常用的串流平台；穩定且快速的 WiFi。
設備維護有待加強，例如鍋具鐵氟龍圖層嚴重脫落或生鏽，衛生堪慮；恆溫龍頭不論怎麼調整，洗澡熱水都不夠熱(但洗手台熱水的水溫正常)。

飯店位置便利，佈置溫馨，且後面有24小時超市
垃圾桶太小一下就滿了，也沒有垃圾袋替換
浴室熱水不太好調節
廚房雖有提供廚具但都不太好，冰箱冷凍層結霜嚴重
有提供洗衣機/烘衣機但只有漂白洗衣粉，衣架不夠

Overall, the layout of the apartment is good. Except that it’s stair only access. So anything about the 2nd floor can be tough with luggage or groceries. The bed was comfortable and the stove have two gas burners.
there was mold on the bathroom door and bathroom filter was dirty. The under sink areas smelled musty/molding and triggered allergies, and the pots and pans were cheap.
