Room layout - bed facing window and table/cushions near window - beautiful view of West Lake. Location - great coffee/tea/icecream shops and restaurants near by. Close to tourist attractions - but more relaxing than old town

Upgraded to apartment with lake view - worth it for view. Comfortable and well set up. Location fantastic - enjoyable walking around lake to most attractions

Location by the lake. Staff was very attentive.
Room was not clean upon arrival with lint and long hair everywhere. Cleaning wasn’t done for 5 days.
Kitchen smoke fan and electric sockets were not working.
Bed was too firm/hard. Not good for side sleepers.
Noise from street and nearby building (motorbikes, rooster singing, dog barking, etc.) overnight and/or very early in the morning (5 AM). Windows aren’t soundproof.
