Clean and new build. Very accommodating staff. Very responsive to issues, one mentioned below (dead safe batteries).
Batteries in the safe went dead and we were not able to open safe.
Towel hooks are loose in bathroom and falling off the wall.
Shower glass partition support bracket is loose and no longer secured to the ceiling.
The cabinet door, adjacent to the refrigerator door, were misaligned.
