We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is excellent, just one block from the Potomac Metro Station, making it easy to get around. The apartment was very clean and featured two bedrooms and one and a half baths, which worked perfectly for our group. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, an Instant Pot, a regular drip coffee maker, and a Nespresso Vertuo machine. The only minor downside was that Vertuo pods were a little tricky to find locally, but the regular coffee maker was a nice alternative. Check-in via the Booking.com app was simple, and the host was very responsive whenever we had questions. As an added bonus, the apartment is above a burger spot with tasty hamburgers. There's a Safeway grocery store about three blocks away, and a Trader Joe's just one metro stop away. We'd definitely stay here again. The 7 day metro pass for our needs well.

Location was great. Very close to Potomac train station. The apartment is above Hill East Burger. Tasty burgers and fries. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker and instant pot. Safeway grocery is about 3 blocks. Trader joes is one train stop away. Host is quite responsive. 2 bedrooms. 1.5 baths. Stacked washer and dryer. If you are going to use the Nespresso vertuo machine....may want to bring the pods feom home.
No real cons. Great price point. Great location for travel with public transport.

Great easy location, close to where I needed to be. Lovely use of space and nice airy appearance.
The only downside was the lack of a lock on the upper entrance door, just gives an added sense of security.
