The location was uphill no transport facility had to pay a good amount for just getting from Mall Road to the location.

Rooms are good for the price. Clean, good view, Hot water facility also there.
Location is about 3km from Nainital Lake. Taxi will charge u 500 for 1 trip. It might be a good place to stay during summer, but still going up & down daily is a difficult task. I had issue with my Room Lock, lock pins inside the Lock broke. They had to finally break the lock with hammer to open.
