Fantastisch gebouw, appartement met luxe afwerking en comfort en centrale ligging. Het professionele, directe en vriendelijke contact met eigenaar Marian was heel goed. Restaurants en metro in de buurt.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location (convenient to U-Bahn and walking distance to many sights). The apartment was spotless and well stocked, and the availability of a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Marian is a wonderful host-very responsive and full of information. We would definitely stay again whenever we are in Berlin.
No real negatives. Apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd European), so stairs could be a factor for anyone with mobility issues.
