The host was lovely and helpful. Mini fridge provided on request which was great. The location is ideal only a short ride to attractions. Clean comfortable rooms. Self service amenities. Huge Smart TV in our room. Overall great experience.
Parking. The parking situation was difficult but we did go on a busy weekend so might not be as bad at normal times

Clean bright room. Very warm welcome and owner and family lovely. Such a pleasant young boy who was really helpful.
Excellent location just away from front but close enough to walk and right in between South and central pier. Room clean and good size with kettle and tea/coffee facilities and extra downstairs if needed.

Great location with attractions and public transport nearby, making it easy to get around. The hotel had good facilities including a common room and TV in the room, along with useful small amenities. The host was very nice and polite throughout the stay. Overall, a decent place to stay for the location and convenience.
The condition of the property was disappointing overall.
There were dark brown stains running down the wall from the top corner of the room, with wallpaper also peeling off. The towels provided were stained, crunchy, and looked unclean. The bedsheets also had stains and makeup marks on them. The bedside drawers had large stains inside, which was unhygienic.
The bathroom door would not close properly no matter what we tried, and a rubber door stopper had been left in the room which made it seem like this was a known issue being temporarily patched rather than properly fixed. The bathroom itself was extremely small, and the whole property smelled old and damp, especially in the bathroom.
The walls were very thin and you could hear everything, including loud pipe noises from other rooms whenever bathrooms were being used. Overall, it was somewhere to sleep at most, but I would not stay here again.
