Los anfitriones no se interesan por los huéspedes

Experiencia pésima. Desde el primer momento la comunicación fue inexistente: no enviaron instrucciones de acceso y, al llegar a las 9:30 pm, tuvimos que esperar y llamar varias veces sin respuesta. Al entrar, no había agua caliente. Después de un viaje largo, en una ciudad a 18 °C, bañarse con agua fría no es aceptable. Reportamos el problema esa misma noche y nadie respondió. Al día siguiente, hasta las 3 pm, seguíamos sin solución. Durante tres días completos no hubo agua caliente. El hotel se limitó a dar excusas (“en otras habitaciones sí hay”) sin revisar ni resolver nuestro caso. Prometieron enviar a alguien a las 9:00 am del tercer día y nunca llegaron. Solo hasta la tarde, después de insistir y escalar el caso con Booking, apareció el agua caliente, y aún así dieron una explicación falsa. La atención fue negligente, lenta y sin ninguna intención real de solucionar. Pedimos compensación por tres días sin un servicio básico y fuimos completamente ignorados. Aunque la ubicación es buena, el lugar es ruidoso y hay un perro que ladra constantemente. No vale la pena. Hay opciones cercanas, más baratas y con mucho mejor servicio. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

-Estancia comoda y centrico lugar -Siempre estuvieron al tanto por si se nos ofrecia algo -Tiene todo lo basico que puedas ocupar

-Estaria genial si tuviera aire acondicionado. Estuve en epoca de mucho calor y los ventiladores no eran suficientes. -Para estancias largas estaria bien que aplicara un dia de limpieza

Buena ubicación. Las ventanas antirruido funcionan ok.

Hay que subir escaleras y es cierto que el perro del 3er piso es muy fastidioso cada vez que uno pasa. La habitación es algo caliente y el espacio, aunque cómodo, es mucho más pequeño de lo que publican. No pasa de 25m.
