Everything is great! Even though we didn’t meet any staff, but their response online is super fast and supportive.
The AC is a little bit weak. But it seems that it’s the European policy, which doesn’t allow AC lowers down temperature drastically. It’s okay especially when the evening comes the temperature will drop.

Good location, clean, good communication, comfortable.
Very noisy, had to open windows as was quite hot. Bit complicated check in process. Kettle couldn't plug in, microwave didn't work, freezer of refrigerator was frozen over.

Room is generally nice, and there's a fridge (freezer compartment was unusable due to being completely iced up, though).
Lots of noise from street and closeby bars at night (on a weekday). Convoluted check-in that takes ages and requires an internet connection, as there is no check-in terminal. Once checked in, one needs to use a six-number code to move inside the building - not only the main entrance and the rooms but also the elevator, the bicycle room, and so on, because apparently this is Fort Knox.
Rooms could be described as "mostly clean" with no dirt in the obvious places but quite a few stains if you look closely - for example, the copious amount of dust under the bed had our allergies acting up. Bed for 2 persons is somewhat small, and no separate blankets. All in all - overpriced for what you get.
