The Garden Room felt clean, calm and comfortable. Every need was catered for and the welcome drinks, snacks and milk were much appreciated. It was a pleasure to speak to the owners who went above and beyond to cater for our needs. A much needed break in a beautiful room with access to the perfectly manicured garden. Couldn't recommend this hidden gem highly enough. Thank you so much for sharing this space with us.
There was nothing we didn't like about our stay. The location is convenient but also peaceful. The hosts think of everything and communication was quick. Parking is available and the bed is so comfortable. Lovely bathroom with a powerful shower and well equipped small kitchen. There is only a microwave but convenient places to eat a short walk away.

Lovely small studio with all the amenities you need for a long weekend in the Lakes. Convieniently close to Penrith centre. Fantastic hosts :)

Excellent all round! Really well thought out facilities with everything you could need. Good quality bed linen and towels. Comfortable bed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back!
