Csaló, tisztességtelen szállásadó

Csaló, tisztessègtelen csapat! Visszaéltek az adatainkkal és a megbeszélt átvétel előtt mindössze két órával a nevünkben kérelmezték a kifizetett foglalás törlését, amelyet ők természetesen elfogadtak. A befizetett összeget visszakaptuk, de szállás nélkül maradtunk. Valószínú, hogy másnak adták ki az apartmant, mert telefonon a lemondás után röviddel már azt mondták, nem elèrhetö a szállás. Azután már elèrhetetlenek lettek. Ez elfogadhatatlan, ezért panaszt is tettünk a booking.com-nál, viszont nem segítettek, mert a rendszerükben úgy látszik,hogy mi kèrtük a lemondást, holott mi be sem léptünk az alkalmazásba. Óva intünk mindenkit, hogy ezt a szállást foglalják!

Pozor na toto ubytování!!!

Po příjezdu k ubytování jsme čekali na někoho kdo nás ubytuje. Když nikdo nepřijížděl tak jsem volal na uvedený telefon. To mi nikdo nevzal. Tak jsme volali z druhého čísla a ejhle pan to vzal. Že za 10 mim dojede. Dojel po 20 mim že nám ukáže apartmán. Stále z někým telefonoval. Apartmán mám neukázal. Chtěl po mě číslo a PIN z rezervace. Potom řekl že se nám podívat do e-mailu že je rezervace zrušena. Ráno než jsme odjížděli tak jsem kontroloval booking a rezervace byla potvrzena. Samozřejmě apartmán který jsme si zaplatili přes booking nebyl. Na to že má jinde podobný apartmán tak jsme tam jeli. Byl to apartmán pro 3 místo 3 osob. Po té dlouhé cestě jsme s tím souhlasili. Rezervace byla zrušena až po ukázání čísla a pinu. To jsem zjistil až později když jsem si to celé kontroloval. Nedoporučuji toto ubytováni. To stejné se stalo lidem co byli ubytováni s námi v tom samém ubytování. Pro ostatní pokud se chcete vyvarovat tomu samému volte jiné ubytování.

Appartement agreable et bien situé

Tres propre, tres bien placé. Vu sur mer avec piscine. Mer à 1min à pied et plage à 5min. Trogir non loin en Uber. Draps et serviettes incluses.

Manque d'equipement, pas de seche cheveux (prêt de 2j/6), plus de wifi pendant 4 jours malgré nos relances rien n'a été fait. Manque le necessaire de base, produit vaisselle, 1 pastille de lave linge et lave vaisselle. Peu de casseroles et couverts. Quand on voyage de l'etranger, il est difficile d'amener sa maison avec soi.

Lokalizacja i basen

Gospodarz był zbyt często obecny, nie pozwalało to czuć się komfortowo. Klimatyzator tylko w kuchni i w salonie. W sypialniach było gorąco. Brak tabletek do zmywarki.
