We loved this apartment and have every intention of returning.
It has been beautifully restored but retains the historic charm of an old building in Verona complete with frescoes, old walls and a stunning ceiling. The rooftop terrace view is amazing. Location is great and easy to walk to great restaurants, shops and the all important arena.
Kitchen and bedrooms are equipped, instructions manual very helpful and the Dimore team were extremely responsive and quick to help with parking and general advice.

Perhaps a cafetière in the kitchen but we were absolutely fine with the coffee machine and the Moka.

New, spacious, modern apartment enhanced by original frescoes uncovered in each room. Large sized fridge. Very comfortable furniture and bed. Superb location, quiet street yet minutes away from all the action. Top restaurant next door, La Pigna. Also 5 minute walk to Italian language school Lingua IT that I was attending. Stay began with very helpful and thorough introduction to apartment, surroundings and places of interest. Place is an absolute gem and I look forward to returning.
Washer/dryer combo took forever to finish. There is room for individual stackable washer & dryer. Needs lighting over glass kitchen table and perhaps another socket for computer etc in this area.

Amazing location and great value for money. The apartment was very spacious, beautiful and extremely modern - everything felt brand new. It was clean, fresh, with no dampness or unpleasant smells at all, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially important during the hot summer weather. Overall, the apartment itself exceeded my expectations and I was genuinely very happy that I found this place.
The only disappointing part was the lack of flexibility around check-out and luggage storage. My train to Venice was around three hours after check-out, and since it was a very hot summer day, I asked whether it would be possible to check out just one hour later. I completely understand that late check-out is not always possible, so after they declined, I asked if even 30 extra minutes could be arranged. I was told that the maximum they could offer was 15 minutes.
There was also no luggage storage in the building. I was told that I could leave my suitcase at their office, but the office was around a 20-minute walk away. Dragging a very heavy suitcase over Verona’s cobblestone streets for 20 minutes in the summer heat was simply not realistic or convenient for me, so I ended up paying for a separate luggage storage service.
The apartment itself was excellent, but I wish the service had been a little more accommodating in this situation.
