Personal war sehr unmotiviert und teilweise auch unfreundlich - haben beim Checkin weder eine Begrüßung noch eine korrekte Info über die Park Möglichkeiten erhalten - ging leider so weiter - vielleicht lag es an der Nebensaison…

L’atmosphère, l’accueil, le personnel, la piscine, la calme, la déco.

Pas de terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner, c’est dommage.

Style de l’hôtel et décoration

Chambre à l’étage nest pas facilement accessible avec des escaliers trop étroits et serpentins Emplacement dans la ZTL donc impossible de stationner si avec voiture. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans un autre bâtiment Rapport qualité prix n’était pas a la hauteur des attentes

We didn't stay at Palazzo Flora so it is hard to grade. We were switched, last minute, to Palazzo Presto with the explanation given that a water pipe burst in the room. We later were given access codes to the Palazzo Flora so that we would use their facilities and saw that there seemed to be no emergency. Therefore, hard to judge whether the excuse given was true. We liked the hotel, room and cleanliness. The staff, especially Anna, were always ready to help and gave us amazing advice. The room, China, had a unique vibe to it and the rooftop bar/restaurant was a nice spot for dinner and drinks. The hotel was also very good at arranging transfer from the train station and to the bus station.

The pools and their sizes were a definite downgrade at Presto vs Flora, where we have originally booked. As said before, this is really a review of Palazzo Presto since we didn't get to stay at Flora.
