The hotel is new (still not completely finished), but our experience was much better than we expected. At first, we were a little worried after reading some negative reviews on Booking.com — one guest even uploaded only exterior photos of the unfinished parts of the hotel without showing their room. This gave us the wrong impression and almost made us cancel. We now feel that was unfair to the establishment, because the reality was much more positive.
Before our arrival, Deni, the owner, contacted us to confirm our arrival time. We arrived earlier than check-in, and he kindly let us know the room was already ready.
Everything went smoothly. We had lunch at the hotel, which was excellent, and dinner was great too. Breakfast the next morning, included with the stay, was truly generous — so much delicious food for just two people that we couldn’t finish it all!
Deni and his staff are fantastic — welcoming, attentive, and professional. The service is truly TOP. Our room (103) was exactly as described on Booking.com and matched the photos perfectly.
Although the hotel is not completely finished, there is no construction going on during this season. The place is calm and quiet with no noise at all. The remaining work will be done after the season, and it’s clear they are doing their best to make the hotel even more premium in the future.
Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Verona Boutique Hotel!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are nice and modern, bed was comfortable, nice clean sheets and duvet plus additional fleece blankets, have Netflix and Youtube on the tv for entertainment. The shower was hot and good, had a jacuzzi bath in the room which we never used. The view was amazing to wake up to but was disrupted by construction work on the beach. The location is good right by the beach and walking distance to bars and restaurants nearby. Would recommend Olivia's a few doors down. There was a mini bar in the fridge and the breakfast was okay, not much variety.The staff were friendly and helpful at all times.
There was no lift, so had to carry luggage up and down stairs lucky we were on first floor, the window in the bathroom was faulty and would not close. There was no tea/coffee cups in the rooms nor an iron. There were little bugs or insects biting in the room at night almost like mosquitoes. Rooms are not soundproof so constant noise from dogs barking outside to other guests banging doors, did not sleep well.
