Le Perchoir is a family gîte perched at the top of the town of Gérardmer. Surrounded by unspoilt nature, its view over the lake will delight you at every moment.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious, cosy living area with a fireplace (wood provided), a large sofa, an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine) and a dining table seating up to 14 guests. Two bedrooms are also on this level: a double bedroom with its own bathroom and a dormitory-style bedroom with four single beds, plus a toilet.

Upstairs, you'll find a relaxation area with armchairs and a TV, as well as all the other bedrooms: a double bedroom with balcony and bathroom, a simple double bedroom, a second dormitory-style bedroom with one double bed and three single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a toilet.
