Welcome to Le Faucon, an exceptional roughly 150 m² chalet on two levels, with high-end amenities, ideally located in Gérardmer with views over the Vosges countryside, 5 minutes from the town centre by car.
You're just 5 minutes from downtown Gérardmer, in an unspoiled setting with open views over the surrounding nature.
Main level: a living area with an equipped American-style kitchen (Dolce Gusto and filter coffee machine), leading to a mezzanine with a sofa corner and a terrace with an uninterrupted view over the countryside, plus a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. This level also gives access to the back terrace and the jacuzzi, which seats up to 6 people. The garden level has 3 double bedrooms and a double bedroom with 2 additional single bunk beds, plus a bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a separate toilet. This level also has a sauna area and table football.
