About this house rental
Located between Rouen and the sea, this Normandy vacation rental offers an authentic “grandparents’ family home” atmosphere and a pleasant, relaxing garden. Claudine will give you a warm welcome and will be delighted to recommend places to visit. The beaches of Dieppe and Pourville are 30 minutes away. Housed in a restored traditional Norman bread oven, this small, independent cottage at the foot of the Scie Valley will charm you with its tranquility, flowers, and opportunities for hikes or simple strolls through the fields. Private, unfenced garden with a swing set and children’s toys. Secure bike and motorcycle shed. First floor: - living room, TV, fireplace, - kitchen area (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher), - small bathroom with shower and washing machine, - separate toilet, - 1 bedroom with a staircase leading to the upper floor: 1 double bed (130 cm) and 1 baby crib. Upstairs: - 1 attic bedroom (2 single beds). KEY PICKUP AT THE OWNER’S RESIDENCE AT 28 Rue Guillaume le Conquérant, 76890 St Victor L’Abbaye (1.5 km from the cottage).
