The behaviour of the staff, helpful nature of the manager and efficient services provided by the housekeeping staff, Mr Sohail in particular were things that stood out and made our stay at the hotel a wonderful experience.
We wish that the swimming pool timing were more flexible and kept open till late hours, considering 6 pm closure is too early for working professionals

The staff was friendly and accessible. I like the fact they had a pool and gym at the facilities. The location was easy to find and convenient to everything in the area. Finally, I enjoyed my room with the balcony.
The room without a balcony but that is my personal preference to have a balcony.

water supply is very poor in washroom, so we have to spend more time as ell as bath room fittings are not maintained properly.
