Dock Notice: The private boat dock is available for swimming, fishing, and passenger pick-up/drop-off only. Per Corps of Engineers regulations, no boat tying or docking is permitted. Violations may result in fines.
Payments collected by The Wanderlust Co are secure. Your payment will be handled safely during your course of business with us. Payments are powered by Stripe, are Safe and Secure SSL Encrypted. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We only accept payments in U.S. currency.
Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.
House Rules ($250 penalty fee per rule broken):
No mooring of any boat or jet ski to the dock. Corp. rule is strictly enforced.
No smoking in the property.
No glass outside. Please use our plastic cups, wine glasses, and dishes for outdoors.
SEPTIC SYSTEM. Flush only toilet paper.
Please keep outdoor cushions in box when not in use.
Please do not rearrange.
Have a spill? Use our cleaning towels in the laundry room cabinet.
Please use black washcloths for makeup removal.
NO pets, please.
Please report damages immediately.
We like to keep our home well-stocked. Let us know if we run out of something. 😊

We had a lovely stay at this property. Everything was clean and well stocked. We would definitely come back!

The home is nestled at the end of a quiet access point and very peaceful. very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed making our meals there and found the deck to be a great place for an evening meal when the weather is nice. The lake view was beautiful and calming. There is no shortage of fun family games to play as the sun sets into night. We thoroughly enjoyed a few games over our stay.

This gorgeous newly updated home is a rare find - being both comfortable, immaculate and exceptionally well outfitted. The master suite is a comfortable, luxurious retreat with its private access to the lovely deck. The delightful kitchen is thoughtfully provisioned with everything a cook might desire from a crockpot to to a cupboard of spices. The game room and fun indoor and outdoor games are a rare bonus. We enjoyed the spacious, comfortably furnished deck and fire pit area with the lovely lake views. The blue plush swivel chairs in the living area were our favorite seats turning to face the lake view or swiveling to face the cozy fireplace. We don’t recall staying at a property with such attention to detail including sound machines in each room and fun towel art welcoming us. We loved spending Christmas Day on the dock overlooking the lake. We hope to return to take the kayaks on a paddle in this idyllic oasis.
