About this apartment rental
This modern water villa has been built right on the water and offers a unique holiday experience. Enjoy a stunning panoramic view of the Baltic Sea and the Marina Wendtorf marina. The holiday flat features an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with access to a spacious balcony. As well as a hob, the kitchen is equipped with a wok hob. Two bedrooms each feature a double bed and a flat-screen TV. A further bedroom has two single beds and a flat-screen TV. The double sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places. Two bathrooms with underfloor heating ensure a comfortable stay. The large bathroom features a rain shower with a steam bath function, a sauna and a whirlpool; the second bathroom has an additional shower. A television with a Blu-ray player, a soundbar with Bluetooth and a bioethanol fireplace complete the amenities. The flat comes with a parking space. A lift is available for flats on the upper floors. As several flats of the same design are on offer, the furnishings may vary; the images shown are for illustrative purposes only. There are playgrounds available on the promenade. The Activity Centre offers children an indoor play area with slides and climbing frames, as well as black-light mini-golf for young and old alike. Entry is free for DanCenter guests. Rental exclusively to holidaymakers for holiday purposes.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.

Staying at this water villa was a dream! The views of the Baltic Sea are simply stunning, especially from the terrace, I loved sipping my morning coffee while watching the sunrise, The open kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the dishwasher was a lifesaver, Highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay here, The double beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed provided extra space for our group, The Blu-ray player was a nice bonus for entertainment during the evenings,

What a fantastic place! The kids had a blast at the indoor activity center, and we enjoyed the blacklight mini golf, The flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms were great for movie nights, Plus, the location by the marina is perfect for a stroll,
