The house has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with two single beds – as well as a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, TV, and a wood-burning stove that brings warmth and atmosphere during cooler evenings. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped for breakfast and simple meals, inviting you to enjoy slow mornings in a calm rural setting. The sunroom is a favorite spot with a lovely view of the large garden and is warmed by the sun during the day – a perfect place for coffee, conversation, or reading a book in peace and quiet. The garden is spacious, welcoming, and ideal for both play and social time. Here, you live simply but comfortably, with nature as your closest neighbor and plenty of space to just be. Welcome to relax, recharge, and enjoy life in the countryside! The house is located about 4 km from Lake Lyckesjön, which has a small sandy beach and is great for swimming. If you prefer swimming in the sea, you can head to Helsingborg (about 50 km away). Be sure to visit Sofiero Castle, beautifully situated along the Öresund Strait and known for its stunning gardens. The ferries between Helsingborg and Helsingør run frequently and are perfect for day trips. If you enjoy golf, there are also plenty of golf courses in the area to explore!
