The summer house is modernly furnished, tastefully decorated with a focus on creating a cozy summer house atmosphere. It has four bedrooms equipped with good beds and closet space. Two bathrooms with showers and a utility room with both a washing machine and dryer. There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The heart of the cottage is a large, open living room with good acoustics, connected to the well-equipped kitchen. There is room for everyone to get together and enjoy cooking, meals, games, etc. Outdoors, the cottage's large terraces, which are connected to the house, invite you to sunbathe, barbecue, and relax. And if you feel like spending the night outdoors, there is also a shelter on the property. The house is built as a low-energy house, which minimizes consumption costs. The child-friendly sandy beach is not far from the house. With its calm waters, there are plenty of opportunities for playing on the beach and safe swimming. There are optimal conditions for water activities such as diving, surfing, sailing, kayaking, and fishing. Not available for rent to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
