During the warmer months, it’s not hard to guess where best to spend your time, with the expansive shores of Lake Tahoe waiting to whisk you on adventure filled days less than a 10-minute drive from the home. The nature loves among you will delight in the abundance of hiking and biking trails found all around the lake, with scenic spots to stop off at and enjoy a snack or a picnic lunch alongside the picturesque scenery. Closer to home, take a thrilling river raft ride down the Truckee where you’ll enjoy leisurely floats with the occasional challenging rapid. A café and restaurant are just next door, or you can head out on a day trip to the nearby cities of Tahoe City, Truckee, or South Lake Tahoe for even more dining options along with shopping and entertainment.



Inside the home, ski lodge charm is in full effect represented by the rustic chic furnishings, charming décor, and gorgeous wood accents. Curl up in the cozy living room on plush leather seating while you stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. The pellet fireplace will keep you nice and toasty while you relax with a movie and a big bowl of popcorn. Steps away, the updated, fully equipped kitchen showcases modern touches with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Help prep homecooked meals at the island with stool seating for 2 or enjoy a quick breakfast before dashing out the door. Formal meals can be enjoyed in the dining room at the chic table with seating for 4, illuminated in natural light from the large picture window.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a full sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a California king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.
