Good service

The room noise was terrible for noise both for it’s location on the corner of a main road and the garage door continually opening through the night I booked a high room but was given a room on the first floor I had booked to stay another 4 nights later in the month but cancelled this booking and booked elsewhere

This is a great location. Very close the path to walk along the coast. Path has a great bridge to cross over into Barranco. I would definitely stay here again. The on-site restaurants have great food. The nicest free breakfast that I have ever seen.

The staff on-site, in-person was fantastic. However the customer service in advance was terrible. My experience in Lima is that the hotel usually reaches out in advance asking if you would for them to help coordinate an airport transfer. This hotel did not. I sent a message requesting this and they never wrote back. Then I used the messaging on their website which I think is more like an AI search and they said they do not have complementary airport shuttle which really wasn't my question at all. There was no way to reach a real person. My husband then offered to call (I don't speak Spanish so I was intimidated to call) and no one answered the phone. Ultimately, I just took an Uber in the middle of the night and I felt 100% safe so I think that's totally fine to do, but, if you are looking for a hotel that will help you coordinate transportation, this it not the hotel for you. I would not expect being able to contact them about anything prior to your arrival.
