La villa è molto carina, immersa nella campagna di La Maddalena e ben arredata. Peccato che, per quasi 3.000 euro per 10 giorni in quattro, il livello di manutenzione, dotazioni e ospitalità sia stato decisamente deludente. Già al check-in, previsto dalle 15, siamo stati accolti con un “potevate avvisarci prima” perché avevamo scritto solo al nostro arrivo. Nessun problema per i 20 minuti di attesa, ma partire con un rimprovero non è esattamente un grande benvenuto. Dentro abbiamo trovato due ombrelloni completamente corrosi e inutilizzabili, quasi tutte le luci esterne fulminate, nessun sapone per le mani, pochissime pastiglie per la lavastoviglie e utensili da cucina in condizioni pessime. Abbiamo comprato noi ombrelloni, sapone, pastiglie, coltello e forbici, lasciando tutto nella casa. Tra i servizi pubblicizzati c’era anche il grill, ma quello presente era talmente arrugginito che la griglia sembrava più adatta a un museo che a una cena. Abbiamo quindi comprato anche una griglia nuova, ovviamente lasciata alla struttura. Mancava persino un posacenere. In pratica, dopo aver pagato quasi 3.000 euro, abbiamo contribuito anche a rinnovare parte della dotazione della casa. Il meglio è arrivato al check-out. Siamo usciti circa 40 minuti dopo l’orario previsto, cosa che è giusto contestare, ma il tono usato è stato sproporzionato. Ci è stato detto che avevamo lasciato un “porcile”, quando si trattava sostanzialmente di qualche bottiglia di plastica, stoviglie nella lavastoviglie e della normale pulizia finale dopo 10 giorni di soggiorno. Nessun danno e casa comunque riordinata. Considerando che, per lo stesso periodo, si trovano in zona strutture di livello molto alto a cifre sensibilmente inferiori, il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci è sembrato ancora meno giustificabile. La casa ha potenziale ed è esteticamente piacevole, ma a queste condizioni il prezzo è fuori mercato e la gestione dell’ospite decisamente insufficiente. Bella villa.
