Good location, but property needs a lot of basic maintenance

Location very close to the Principality Stadium and a short walk to town

A lot of the reviews say that the property isn't clean. It's not that it's unclean- it's more that the property clearly hasn't been maintained, so it has a lot of wear and tear to the flooring and paint. Also I'm pretty sure there are a lot of building code violations, such as having the door located at the bottom of the stairs with no landing or handrail.
