The hotel is located in the city area, within convenient reach of most destinations. There are several local markets nearby. The hotel’s own restaurant serves mainly Chinese cuisine, with excellent southern‑style dishes at reasonable prices. The bustling downtown street recommended by the hotel staff is well‑worth visiting. It is not far from Sanya Bay, and it only takes a few minutes by car to reach the Duty‑Free Shopping Mall and Joy City. The swimming pool is nice with a spacious setting. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Staff were very friendly & organised free transport to the centre. Also, room upgrade available. Cleaner was also extremely helpful.

Дизайн и качество отделочных материалов, мебель, шторы, терраса - все сделано из качественных материалов, современный дизайн. Чайник и посуда в номере качественные (не было чайных ложек). освещение комфортное (потолки невысокие), душ хороший, полотенца, халаты, постель белоснежные, чистые. Персонал в ресторане отзывчивый.
Обманули. Обещали бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта. Машина не приехала. Сначала сказали водитель работает с 8 утра. Нас было 7 человек. Мы согласились подождать. В конце концов сказали, чтобы мы сами брали такси и ехали до гостиницы. На ресепшен персонал говорит только на китайском. Использовали переводчик. Чистота в номерах 7 из 10. Гостиница размещена в тихом, чистом, современном дорогом жилом квартале, но далеко от моря (до моря есть бесплатный трансфер). Нет ощущение, что мы приехали отдыхать на море. Бассейн отсутствует. Кухня китайская. В ресторане обслуживают хорошо, если отключить «ожидания»и не знаком с местной культурой.
