The inside of the place is new, spacious, bright and clean.
The front entrance looks very sketchy and scary to visitors. The elevator is dark, and out of order from time to time during our 3-night stay, making us having to take the stairs to 3rd floor (which is a 4th floor because ground floor is Floor 0). The shower leaks water every time we take showers because of the shower doors and the thresholds are not tightly sealed.

Super central and the kitchen/ living room is great when there’s two people staying. I also felt super secure with the three lock system to enter the building.
The shower shelf was falling off the wall but other than that would highly recommend as a great option

Honestly, the hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. They let us leave our luggage at the hotel next to the apartment, provided very clear instructions, and always responded whenever I contacted them. From a communication and hospitality point of view, they were impeccable.
The location is extremely central, which is definitely a positive. If you are a couple looking for somewhere to stay for just one night and location is your main priority, it may be suitable. However, considering the overall experience, I found it quite expensive for what it offers in terms of quality and comfort.
Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the apartment itself. The building is in very poor condition and felt quite unsettling. The apartment was also very dark and, personally, I did not find it particularly comfortable. I also felt that the cleanliness could have been better and did not meet the standard I would expect.
It is difficult for me to write this review because the people responsible for our booking were genuinely lovely and helpful, but I have to be honest about the apartment itself.
